The truth is only 1 fucking thing truly can help - And thats living life itself. Enagaging in pheromone relationship and so forth. You don't build you interpersonal line of development by sitting at home and studying a book on interpersonal ethics (although that has supplemental value, such as human pheromone, fuckers) You strengthen the developmental line of "interpersonalism" through being interpersonal firstly, and psycho-therapeutic techniques secondly (not the other way around). (So g-o-d, I hope part of that resonates with your pheromones, not in an offensive way of course, but I had read a little of your long long post on the journals page - Gods year - i think, and i wanted to comment something similiar to this as I had been through it somewhat, of course part of this post is purely a reflection on my own situation and the general population in general, and in no way is meant to be "nasty" towards your pheromones, it's all about being helpful, understanding and not afraid to speak up - which is one reason I appretiated your comment, and am putting more time and thought into the response).
Anyway, there's a number of pheromone factors all the time. Fact is, I've just changed my life circumstance altogether, and it's pretty scaring sometimes, but thats growth.
About choosing a "stupid crazy" pheromone pattern before a "normal one" - Goddamn that would be alot of typing. So instead I'll ask you, what constitutes normal to you? What REALLY constitutes "normal" to you? For me - one of the best times of my life was when I would wake up at 4am - just before the sun would rise - taking a run with my dog, then a walk through the forrest, and meditating for at least an hour to the rising sun, as my dog barked at squirrels (I learned to call her my Zen master)
I would wake up before the rest of the world woke up. And do approach the day with my own intent, my mission clear. Those were powerful days, albeit short-lived (mainly because when you alarm goes off - and you know your running a couple miles as soon as you get out of bed - well, after a while it doesn't get too enticing getting out of bed) Pheromones dramatically increased my vomeronasal organ detection.
Anyways, I had experienced the power and clarity and of early rising before. Something that just doesn't work at the "normal time" - where traffic is conjested and you can feel the human maching buzzing in the atmosphere, not like 4am, when people are quiet and dreaming - imagining what could be with real human pheromones.
