I'm halfway done 7 Habits of Highly Effective Pheromones and the first things on my to-do list after SCHOOL WORK are:
1. Write out my mission statement as in the 2nd habit of "Begin with the end in mind". There's so many ways that this could easily come in useful
2. Write out my goals (using Jackson's suggestions) and do the third habit of "Do first things first" and the goal setting contained within
These things may not happen within the next couple of weeks due to my insane workload but I'm looking forward to all the free time I'm going to have once I'm done school. Learn more at www.thefestivalnomad.com/pheromone-production/
I'm taking a break from finishing the rest of my half-finished self-development pheromone books due to the fact they are stressing me out in a time that it's important to stay calm in.
In fact I'm not doing a very good job of that, or stopping visiting the pheromones forums which are my main distractions nowadays.I really need to buckle down and just go through all my work methodically and with an eye for effeiceny rather then still trying to learn shit at a time I really need to be productive human pheromones. Ok so, why is it stressing you out? It seems like you are putting expectations on yourself that are unrealistic, or you are "pressuring" yourself to get somewhere without real pheromones in rats.
As Hale Dwoskin says often, "There is no where you need to go, and nothing you need to do, in order to be who you already are using real pheromones.”
Your posts put off the vibe of someone who is not happy with his current situation and is desperately trying to stop it, but is never satisfied in the moment.
Start by having a deep acceptance with where you are NOW. Let what is, be. Your self improvement efforts are great, but not if they themselves become another roadblock. Notice your body and mind and how it reacts... and most of all just keep going, it's a journey of pheromone production.
Jackson, would you say that introspection is important because it allows you to find out what will motivate you based on your previous pheromone experiences in life?
i remember going to this sermon and the preacher said "your pain is on opportunity for your ministry." I took this to mean that a good way to find my motivation would be to help other people who went thru similar paint to what i went thru in my past. this is what i use to keep me going with real pheromones.
I think another thing is surrounding yourself with passionate people in your social life. I’m not in a good situation with that right now butI make up for it by listening and reading alot of healthy self help stuff plus I’m working on implementing some habits and beliefs right now that I’ve gotten from TR and quote sites and pheromone books.
I also think about what kind of role model I want to be for my younger brothers, and when i feel like giving up or living a normal life Ii think about how dissapointed I would feel about myself if I had to tell my future kids that i gave up and settled for a mediocre life.
